The rear parking brake wiring harness may become damaged or corroded, resulting in unintended activation of the parking brake or loss of the parking brake function.
Remedy

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV vehicles. The rear parking brake wiring harness may become damaged or corroded, resulting in unintended activation of the parking brake or loss of the parking brake function.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the harness and, if necessary, reroute the harness and install anti-abrasive tape. Any harness that has existing damage will be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on October 1, 2025. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. The diffuser component of the Roof-Rail Air Bag (RRAB) inflator may not have been properly crimped to the inflator and could separate from the inflator during air bag deployment.
