Consequence: Reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and loss of front brake function increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the front brake caliper brackets and bolts, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 10, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 27C.

Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
Consequence: An air bag with insufficient pressure retention increases the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the side curtain air bags, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 14, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Consequence: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
